Abstract:
Using concentrated sulfuric acid and aminobenzenesulfonic acid as composite catalyst, the synthesis conditions of ethylene glycol monostearate were studied by orthogonal experiment, and the Defoamer was prepared with span-60 and other surfactants.Key words:

Abstract:
Ethylene glycol monostearate was synthesized from ethylene glycol and stearic acid under microwave irradiation with aminobenzenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The effects of catalyst dosage, microwave irradiation time, microwave power and ratio of alcohol to acid on the reaction were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: Ethylene Glycol: stearic acid 1.1:1(mol/mol), Catalyst dosage 0.3% (mass fraction), Microwave Power 800W, reaction time 16min.Key words:
